Alterations and extensions to an existing dwelling in a Heritage Overlay. A window facing Hesse St is broken and needs to be replaced. The style of window is old and not available any more so the replacement will be a more modern style, i.e. European tilt and turn window. This type of window enables cleaning from the inside and is therefore a requirement given its location on the second storey overlooking Hesse St. I will upload photos and a pdf which show the current window design (from inside the house), the design of the replacement window from Pickering Joinery in Geelong, and a view from Hesse St showing the window that needs replacing (the 2nd window from the right of the four above the Homebody shop).
