We seek approval for a minor amendment to the approved floor levels under Development Consent DA-25-01183, dated 29/07/2025. The proposed adjustment is 15mm to the FFL and 17mm within the garage, which remains well within the Council-approved tolerance of ±100mm. Given the minor nature of the changes, we consider the amendment appropriate for assessment under Section 4.55(1A).
