- We seek approval for a minor amendment to the approved floor levels under Development Consent DA-25-01183, dated 29/07/2025. The proposed adjustment is 15mm to the FFL and 17mm within the garage, which remains well within the Council-approved tolerance of ±100mm. Given the minor nature of the changes, we consider the amendment appropriate for assessment under Section 4.55(1A). The proposed changes will have minimal environmental impact and will not materially alter the approved development.
