Boundary Realignment between: Western boundary of 1 Uniting Lane (8,097m2) and Eastern boundary of 120 Sunbury Road (67,966m2) Western boundary of 1 Uniting Lane to shift approximately 23 metres into 120 Sunbury Road (Approximate excised land area of 2,300 sq m). A portion of the dwelling on 1 Uniting Lane is located within the boundary of 120 Sunbury Road. This application seeks to correct this boundary. This application accords with planning scheme (GWZ) and satisfies VicSmart requirements as follows: 1. The subdivision is the re-subdivision of existing lots, the number of lots is not increased, and the number of dwellings that the land could be used for does not increase. 2. The area of either lot is reduced by less than 15 percent. 3. The general direction of the common boundary does not change
