Human Habitats acts on behalf of Whitehorse Developments (VIC) Pty Ltd (the permit applicant), to Amend Planning Permit (WH/2014/1261) at 96-100 Whitehorse Road, Blackburn pursuant to Section 72 of the Planning Environment Act 1987. Specifically, the proposed amendment would see the approved five-storey apartment building with basement car parking amended to add a fifth level in the form of a roof terrace and associated lift foyer, reduce the overall number of apartments from 39 to 20, allow the use and development of a childcare and shop uses at the ground floor level, and a reduction in the car parking requirements.
