This application seeks to modify the approved DA plans and conditions of consent to: 1. Provide additional stormwater infrastructure along Twelfth Avenue that will replace the need for the approved temporary basin; and 2. Enable the approved lots to use a temporary pump-out sewerage facility on an adjacent development site until Sydney Water sewer infrastructure is available (note: the temporary pump out system is proposed under a separate cover being PAN-413631 and is currently under assessment)
