Alterations and additions to residential development - Alterations and additions to existing dwelling house including tennis court, landscaping and tree removal. (Modification) - This work will include the modifications to the existing building, creating a new living area and kitchen, new facade windows and cladding. Once completed the building will have a new extended ridge line which faces south east.
