Our family trust owns Units 8, 9 and 10 at No 1 Simms Rd, Hamilton Hill, which is a row of shops in a shopping complex. Unit 10 is an existing veterinary hospital (Hamilton Hill Veterinary Hospital) and Unit 8 is an office. Unit 9 was previously a Vietnamese Restaurant that has been vacated, subsequently our family trust purchased Unit 9. We propose to extend the existing veterinary hospital into Unit 9 and joining all three units via walkways. We propose that Unit 9 will need internal works to install partition stud walls to create more functional rooms for the veterinary premises. Thank you for your consideration of our proposal.
