This process is to allow a redefinition of the licensed area of the hotel to include a producer/wholesaler licence to allow the licensee to make and sell their own product. The product will be sold for consumption in the hotel alongside other brands and will be available for takeaway sales through the existing bottle shop. The beer will be brewed in portable brewing equipment. There will be no need for any alterations to plumbing or electricity. It is intended that the beer is made from local ingredients.
