Remove two (2) Bangalow Palms adjacent to northern boundary and replace with two (2) local native trees from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to a mature height greater than 5metres, anywhere on the property within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection, these mature palms were assessed to be in fair health, one of the stems had lost all its fronds. The palms are planted on top of the sewer line, the property owner would like to replant elsewhere on the property before plumbing issues arise.
