44 Gardyne Street, Bronte NSW 2024

Remove three (3) Bangalow Palms from middle of yard and replace with four (4) local native trees from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to a mature height of similar dimensions, anywhere on the property within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection, the palms were assessed to be mature specimens in good health. They are however, at high risk of being impacted by the construction of the pool, which they will also be in the Non-Climbable Zone of, should they be retained. Remove one (1) Conifer from eastern boundary. The Conifer was assessed to be a mature specimen in good health with medium retention value, it was noted that its trunk was growing into the retaining wall. Its removal will provide the Lilly Pillies behind more sunlight and unimpeded space to thicken and mature.
