S72 Amendment to approved Planning Permit and/or Plans - Relocate the land to another tenancy within the Centre, and as such, amend the tenancy in which the permit applies from Tenancy G-113 to G-131. Amend the endorsed red line plan such that it applies to the new location, Tenancy G-131 and subsequently increase the approved licensed area from 60 sqm to 86 sqm. Amend Condition 3 of the permit to increase the maximum number of permitted patrons from 28 patrons to 40 patrons.
