D.A has been approved for Secondary Dwelling at 4 Woolnough St Vale of Clwyd. PAN -187451 add a Deck. Due to the land being sloped in a section to the rear. I propose to increase the deck size to 38 sq meter to make a flat walk to the Front entrance door. Continue over the Water Tank and to the Laundry washing line. Due to the slope i would need two step going up and down. So extending the deck make the area flat and safe for walking to hang the washing. Plus having the Path to the Door to prevent mud.-
