My Mother (Patricia May Fuller) has decided to sell her house at 7 Cox Avenue, Forest Hill and her Lawyers (Commins Hendricks) requested from Wagga Council for a Diagram of Sewerage Service, which was received (Diagram Number 12434, dated 2/4/12981). The diagram has a notation to the effect that "a final certificate has not been issued in respect to plumbing and drainage works", and indicates that should one require confirmation of compliance, Council should be contacted to identify if a Building Information Certificate is required. I have been notifed by council that a Building Information Certrificate will be required for the property.
