Remove five (5) Leighton Greens on the Eastern face of the Performing Arts Centre and replace with five (5) native trees within one (1) month of removal. These trees are positioned in an unsuitable garden bed which is too small to contain the root systems of the trees. The branches are rubbing on the building and encroaching onto the roof, causing ongoing damage.
