Removal of combustible cladding (Aluminium Composite Panels ACP and Expanded Plystyrene EPS) covering a proportion of the external walls of 3 existing buildings, constructed in a period from the early 2000's to circa 2012, which compromises the passive fire protection to the building and the means of egress for the occupants and/or the public or any person using the building. Replacement of this cladding with cladding compliant with Part C1.9 of the National Construction Code 2019 Amendment 1 - Volume One.
