45 Watson Street Bondi NSW 2026

Remove one (1) Avocado Tree near rear fence. This tree is unsuitable & unsustainable in its location. The canopy overhangs the neighbouring property, to prune it away would require a significant amount to be removed, leaving the tree as a poor specimen. There is evidence of included bark between the two main leaders, as it grows, the narrow union will fill with bark and create an expanding area of structural weakness in the tree. Stress put on the either of the co-dominant stems can cause splitting, or the stem to break off at the junction. As a tree ages and grows, included bark becomes more of a danger to the surrounding trees and the property.
