Remove one (1) Camphor Laurel from near Macpherson Street boundary. This tree has dropped large limbs in the past, now the canopy is overhanging the building and blocking the drains. Buttress roots are forming and are causing the surrounding pavers and asphalt to lift, they are also possibly the cause of the heritage listed sandstone wall showing signs of being pushed out. This tree presents an unacceptable level of risk of damage to the property and students.
