Prune one (1) Paperbark in LHS of front garden, prune one (1) Camelia in LHS of front garden, prune one (1) Cockspur Coral Tree in RHS of back yard. Remove one (1) Bottle Brush from LHS of back yard. This tree is unsuitable & unsustainable in its location. It is lifting the path and steps, creating a trip hazard, as it matures it will continue to cause ongoing damage to the property. Remove one (1) Canary Island Date Palm adjacent to rear boundary fence. This tree is unsuitable & unsustainable in its location - as it grows the roots will affect the structure. It is also planted in the Non-climbable zone for a pool. AS 1926.1-2012 Non-climbable zone extends from the barrier (pool fence) 300mm into the pool area and 900mm outside the pool area.
