Section 4.55(2) modification of consent for alterations and additions to warehouse and use as theatre rehearsal room, commercial premises, and residential accommodation. The proposed changes include, but are not limited to: refinement of structural elements; revised internal layout; modifications to the front and rear building faces including fenestration, erection of signage frame and installation of vents; increased parapet height; modified roof form; and deletion of the caretaker's accommodation. The proposal also seeks deletion of Condition 2 (l) which requires a steel pergola on Marlborough Street to be deleted.
