Secondary Consent Amendment to approved plans - Reduction of size of the Endorsed Basement (Endorsement dated: January 8th, 2020). Minor amendments including deletion of 2no. Windows, changes to finishes to Garage (now proposed to match existing). Reductions and deletions are due to the Owner's requirement to reduce construction costs. Therefore, the amendments are a net reduction in cost. Please refer to the attached drawings and cover letter.
