    Hi.
No No No again, this is not zoned for 3 stories to start with, why are so many DA's going in for boarding houses. Why do developers seem to think its Ok to now ruin Bexley, like they have done with Arncliffe, Rockdale and Wolli Creek? We will end up with 3 stories all the way to Hurstville it not OK

The area is zoned R2, and the maximum amount of boarding rooms is 12, so this cannot be approved. The new nursing home almost next door is 2 stories, why this has to be 3 is beyond comprehension, This development would back on to suburban homes right next to it in Abercorn St and Eddystone Rd, totally wrecking the streetscape.

I feel that it is getting a bit ridiculous with these boarding homes. Firstly, how can this be zoned for 3 stories when the only nearby buildings with 3 levels have either one level below ground or an attic which has compromised head room as it is built into a pitched roof.
I have never met or heard of anyone who uses boarding houses and I have met thousands of people. I don't get why there is even a need for such a thing in Bexley. If anything this would be a suitable site to build 2 or 3 townhouses not a boarding house.
