Remove one (1) Pine Tree and one (1) Juniper located adjacent to rear boundary. These trees are planted around the pool and are in the Non Climable Zone. The new pool safety standard requires a 900 millimetres non-climbable zone around the entire pool barrier. The non-climbable zone extends both upwards and downwards in an arc from the barrier. Australian Standard AS 1926.1 stipulates that a fence must have a Non Climbable Zone (NCZ) of 900mm on the outside of the pool fence all the way around.
