    There is already a significant saturation of apartments in keats avenue with well over 500 apartments in total. This is placing too much pressure on hegerty st during peak hour with an already long wait time to join harrow road and princess hwy. Unlike wollicreek or mascot, there is only one small street/not even a main artery that will carry the the traffic. In addition, guests of these prospective residents will further clog up the already saturated keats ave and hegerty streets with parked cars. If you look at these streets at night after work hours, the over saturation of the afor mentioned streets is burdensome
