1. Amendment to condition 7 - New dwellings on both lots are proposed to commence construction at the same time. Demolition of the existing structure to obtain the Statement of Compliance, followed by a separate building application process for the new dwellings, is expected to take between 6–12 months. If the existing structure is removed now, we will be left without any rental income during this period.
