Relief Sought: Given that the Building Permit has not yet been issued, and that whether the preliminary works undertaken constitute commencement for planning purposes is a matter to be determined by Council, this application is made to formally seek an extension of the Planning Permit, to ensure that the permit does not lapse during the period of administrative approval processing.
