We propose to use and develop the subject land for the purpose of operating a mechanical workshop. The land will be used for a proposed 239m2 3 bedroom single storey dwelling with an associated pool and 2 proposed detached outbuilding's (Shed's). The new proposed development's will trigger a permit due to the lot area being 3.86ha in lieu of the minimum being 40ha
