Description

Section 4.55(2) modification of consent for fitout and use of Levels 4 and part of Level 5 as a private hospital, consulting rooms, and pharmacy, operating 24 hrs per day, 7 days a week. Removal and reconstruction of two bays of original masonary spandrel on Level 5, and installation of new louvres on the north and south elevations. Proposed changes are to the internal layout to reduce number of beds on level 4 from 6 to 0 and increase number of beds on level 5 from 20 to 26 and modify rooms and ensuites, stairs and fire walls on both levels.
