Most, if not all, dwelling buildings in this area are houses. If the plan is effected, it would make the area more crowded and noisy which would lower the value of the properties in the area.

On the other side, the traffic has been very bad at the round-about junction (with Grosvenor Street). The plan would make the traffic ever worse.

The council should consider improve the pedestrian walk on west side of the Junction Road to make the traffic and instrastructure better and more friendly, rather than putting more burden on the environment of the area.
