254 units is insanity. There is insufficient infratructure to support extra population

Pure corruption!! Seriously "Canterbury Council"..are you clueless about this development has been rejected by the court.

https://www.cbcity.nsw.gov.au/media/news/rejection-of-development

In late 2014, the former Canterbury Council gave developers the green light to build a $60 million six-storey mixed-use development complex at 548-568 Canterbury Road, Campsie.

A month later, the developers applied to add an extra two floors to the building and an extra basement level, which was approved the following year in December 2015.

The approval resulted in another 70 units being built on top of the already 254-unit complex, which meant the eight-storey tower, when completed, would have comprised 324 units, as well as being 10 metres above Council’s maximum height control of 18 metres.

On 25 August 2017, the Commissioner dismissed both modification applications in the Land and Environment Court, on the basis they “lead to excessive height and impacts on the character of the area”. It was also found there were a number of other design-related issues that needed to be addressed.

OMG.. Scams are everywhere!!
"Arden property group"..absolutely misleading the public!!!

Company like "Arden" must getting away with this kind of bad development and exploit the public community all the time!! Shame on you hiring/using bad reputation building certifier like "Dix Gardner Group Pty Ltd".

https://sglawyers.com.au/lessons-for-certifiers/

"Dix breached his duty to the Owners by failing to exercise the degree of care, skill, and diligence expected of a reasonably competent certifier in issuing the occupation certificate when he did. Fifthly, the breach of duty of care by Dix caused the Owners to suffer economic loss; and finally, quantum of damages.
