How much noise will this generate and what will be the hours of work

Hell No. Trucks in and out. Dust. Traffic at the round about. Last thing Bribie Pines Estate needs . We live a street or 2 away from here and not to mention the noise. This is a quiet neighbourhood and this is why we bought here and I don't believe you would like this plant at the back of your home.

A concrete batching plant at this address would involve multiple trucks entering and leaving either on an approach to a roundabout on a major rd or at a single lane major roadway. below the roundabout. .

A concrete batching plant at this address would also place Ningi Creek at risk of pollution
from cement dust and cement additives, during heavy rains, storms and bushfires.

A concrete batching plant at this address would also submit nearby residents to excessive noise from machinery and heavy trucks and pollution from cement dust.

Up until this time I believe council has refused virtually all proposals for new developments that exited directly onto Bribie Island Rd. I can see no reason for that to change so that a heavy industry can be established next to a residential area, especially after an existing batching plant on bribie island and another in Morayfield have recently closed as being unviable

30/01/2019 MBRC assure me that there is no Concrete Batching plant to be built at this address, however it will be built off Bestmann Road Ningi. At this date there were no applications for development at this site although the Trees have been cleared.
