Extension of the floor space of an existing licensed food and drink premises known as the 'Single O' cafe. Proposal includes removal of 2 existing car spaces and a loading dock to accommodate the additional cafe area. The proposal increases internal seating numbers to 50 patrons. Alterations to the exterior facade of the building include new metal screens to openings facing Reservoir Street and Hands Lane, a new 'service window' facing Hands Lane and a new single garage door facing Hands Lane. Six new signs are proposed facing Reservoir Street and Hands Lane.No changes are proposed to the approved hours of operation that are between 6.00am and 12.00 midnight, daily.
