    There is already a 2 story dwelling with a single attached. Having 3 on that block is going to be unsafe and goes against the masterplan for Manooka Valley. This block is on the T intersection for Turner Rd and Ascot Drive and opposite a preschool. Having 6 or more vehicles on the block is going to bring more congestion, safety issue for children, vehicles and is going to cause significant pollution issues. It is really disappointing that council keeps approving these for developer greed knowing that in the very near future there is going to be 60 new houses on Turner Rd. These applications are the complete opposite of what we were told Manooka Valley would be like when purchasing our block.
