Description

Section 4.55 (2) modification of consent for the use and fit out of the ground floor and first floor as an educational establishment. Proposed changes involve design alterations and additions including; the deletion of condition 2(a) for the deletion of rooftop mechanical plant, construction of new mechanical plant to be located below existing parapet level, rear wall infills, reconfiguration of existing stairs and egress routes, replacement of existing plastic detention tanks on ground floor with reinforced concrete detention tank, reconfiguration of proposed teaching spaces and installation of photo-voltaic array on top of roof.
