Section 4.55 (2) - Modification of existing consent in relation to “Bloody Mary’s” seeking approval to: (a) renew, for a further 2 years, the trial period for indoor trading hours from 11.00pm to 12.00midnight, seven days a week; (b) renew, for a further 2 years, the trial period outdoor trading hours for the rear courtyard from 8.00pm to 10.00pm; (c) renew the trial period patron capacity of the premises (96 seats, comprising 22 outdoor and 74 indoor) for a further 2 years; (c) extend the indoor trading hours to include 7.00am to 8.00am. It is noted that the indoor hours of 8.00am to 11.00pm and the outdoor hours of 10.00am to 8.00pm are approved on a permanent basis.
