Just enquiring what is being built here. There is no information online anywhere and I'd like to know what it is out of curiosity and because I live in the suburb

Just wondering was there, and if so, where were the planning permit notifications posted for what appears to be a mosque being built at 338-340 Pound Rd Narre Warren South?

There is no building permit for the first building it is illegal, as for the second and third even after building has commenced looks like they are only seeking approval now, which means construction works are illegal too. Who knows what is being built.
My advice contact council, keep pushing for answers for the first building failing that go to the media - at least the truth will come out.

The building is un finished and we are hearing loud calls to.prayer over loud speakers after 9pm tonight. Is this going to be an ongoing event? I live a fair distance from the site and it is loud inside my house!!

I rang up Casey Council on 16th May 2009 and a staff member specifically mentioned that this was not a place of worship. Before I could hang up she mentioned that however sometimes after completion it could be converted to a place of worship. If no objections are raised at that point then an approval could be given for the conversion.

Did check with the council a couple of years ago but no positive response received.

This construction has been going on for a few years. There are at least 2, possibly 3, two to three storey massive constuctions. All are being hidden from the publics view by polystyrene high facade.

What is the Casey Council hiding from the public?

It is a facility to control and monitor the local avian drones (aka "birds") that council and state governments use to monitor citizens. Casey council like many others these days are complicit in this program, that's why they won't tell you about this site. The last natural birds were killed in the 90s, these days they're all the drones. Look closely at a "bird" next time you can, you can clearly see that birds aren't real.
