I'am writing this submission as I'am against more construction activity and potential loss of indigenous tree species on the western boundary of kangy Grove estate. There is absolutely far to much construction activity already occurring in the park. The park operators are currently in the process of installing around 50 kit homes in the park. Under the residential communities (land lease) Act 2013 residents have rights to quiet enjoyment of the park. The continued construction activities are making the park uninhabitable for some residence. I've had to put up with numerous construction activities over the past year thanks to your dodgy approvals. Dont the residents of the park have any rights? The park operators are trying to squeeze everybody in like a can of sardines. Who benefits out of these development activities? Well they have previously filled in a natural body of water at the front of the park, which was previously home to a large biodiversity of animals. So the environment definitely didn't benefit. The park residents also don't really benefit as they end up moving out, due to the silly amounts of constant construction activity. The real winners are the park operators who profit the most at the expense of everyone else. Please don't approve this DA
