First off, a balcony facing the very loud Broadway shopping center car park is a silly idea. It would get no sun, and the fuel fumes that emanate from the car park is ridiculous.
Also a projecting wall would disgruntle the neighbors at 39-41 Greek st, depending on how bright it would be, especially if it were a blinking projection. A balcony facing the rest of the city would be much more appropriate as the view is incredible.
A plant "room" would be nice. I am guessing it would a greenhouse type room? Otherwise it would be rather pointless as the plants on the rooftop of 39-41 greek st and 42-45 greek st are in an open space, direct sunlight and no automated watering systems, therefore in the past year most of them have died. if they were in a greenhouse it would be a nice jungle up here by now.
