Is there anyway for the construction to not damage the ears of those who live near it and if damage is diagnosed the construction company should foot the bills. Did the construction get the permission of the residents to begin building? I don't care if there's no law against loud disruptive construction, but it's human decency to consider the residents.
I feel that I am become highly stressed due to the construction site and working at home. I almost feel like crying... and I'm most likely not the only one. Please respond fairly and not in a way that will be hurtful as a lot of government services have.
