Section 96(2) modification of consent to amend condition No. 132 'Hours of work and noise outside the CBD.' The approved condition allows hours of work between 7.30am and 5.30pm on Mondays to Fridays, inclusive, and 7.30am and 3.30pm on Saturdays, with safety inspections being permitted at 7.00am on work days, and no work pemitted on Sundays or public holidays. The amendment seeks extended hours in the morning Monday to Fridays inclusive and extended hours in the afternoon on Saturdays. The proposed amended work hours are between 6.00am and 5.30pm on Mondays to Fridays, inclusive, and 7.30am and 5.30pm on Saturdays.No work zone for Bulwarra Road is proposed on Saturdays. As part of this application it is intended that the Bulwara Road Work zone only be used between the hours of 7.30am and 8.45am, 9.30am and 2.45pm, 3.30pm and 5.30pm Monday to Fridays, inclusive during the school term and between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm Mondays to Fridays during school holidays.
