Section 96(2) modification of consent to (a) continue trial trading hours of the licensed 'Oxford Arts Factory' from 12 midnight to 6.00am Monday to Sunday for a further five years. The hours of 11.00am to 12 midnight are approved on a permanent basis. (b) Delete restriction of types of activities on the premises between 11.00am and 6.00pm. The current restrictions are as an art gallery and art house cinema only, and any other events and functions approved by Council. (c) Modification of other operational matters.
