The front setback of Unit 1 would be reduced from 8.15m to 7.89m, the northern side setback of Unit 3 reduced from 3m to 2.41m and the rear setback of Unit 3 increased from 1.83m to 3.85m. The secluded private open space areas for Unit’s 2 and 3 would also be slightly reduced. The proposed changes and minor reconfiguration are necessary due to an incorrect calculation of the width of the rear easement by a land surveyor on the original plans.
