P1525/2016 - Multi Dwelling Development - Building and works for the construction of three (3) dwellings and vegetation removal.Amendments include: The deletion of Condition 1 (a) of planning permit P1525/2016. The front setback of Unit 1 would be reduced from 8.15m to 7.89m, the northern side setback of Unit 3 reduced from 3m to 2.41m and the rear setback of Unit 3 increased from 1.83m to 3.85m. The secluded private open space areas for Unit’s 2 and 3 would also be slightly reduced. The proposed changes and minor reconfiguration are necessary due to an incorrect calculation of the width of the rear easement by a land surveyor on the original plans.
