Change existing roof material from slate to either heritage barrel rolled traditional corrugated calvanised steel or pre-coloured traditional corrugated galvanised steel in colour equivalent to colourbond colour "Windspray" or "Wallaby" to match the approved (DA2017/184) Dormer Roofing This would match the roof on the Heritage building no. 4 Pearson St and the approved roof on no. 12 Pearson St. The current slate roof requires extensive repair work and replacement. The roof material would also match the approved materials for the new Dormers.
