Uses consist of hotel lobby and cafe/bar at ground floor (maximum capacity 50), restaurant at level 1 (maximum capacity 100), conference facilities and commercial kitchen at levels 2 and 3 (maximum capacity 50), and a bar at level 3A (maximum capacity 100). Works consist of excavation for a new lift shaft pit, new openings, replacement of the existing ground floor shopfront, removal of existing staircases, construction of external courtyard and staircase, and internal alterations. The development is proposed to trade 24 hours, 7 days per week in association with the hotel.
