Proposed changes are to continue the trial indoor trading hours between 10pm and midnight, the indoor hours of 7am to 10pm are approved on a permanent basis. Continue and increase the external trial trading hours of 8pm to 10pm, to 8pm to 11:45pm, the hours of 7am to 8pm are approved on a permanent basis. To increase the capacity from 45 patrons and 5 staff to 104 patrons and 5 staff.
