I’m concerned about this application. There are no details yet but what does medium density mean. 3 levels, 6 levels, 8 levels?
This will considerably change the character of what’s currently in the area. This is currently single story single family houses and could change to multi level multi occupant dwellings.
Also I’d there any provision in the infrastructure to support this. Like better public transport, roads and schools.
