To whom it may concern,
In regards to the proposed new dwelling at 1/34 Edwin st Ivanhoe, the major issue I have is the habitable wall on the boundary to 36 Edwin street. The hieght and length seems excessive and out of character for the area. The building in general seems excessive for the street scape and surrounding properties on Edwin street.

The windows overlooking 36 Edwin st are also of concern. I would expect these windows to either be reduced or treated with some obscurity or permanent screening.
In general I find the proposed dwelling to be excessive in size, considering that it is part of a subdivision less than 500m2, which lends itself to the possibility and likelihood of another similar structure to the rear of the property.
