Concerned about cars parking in street. Would like to see secondary dwellings having to provide off street parking for the cars as well as off street parking for the first dwelling. If all of the large blocks are divided into literally two lots of residencies then the existing streets are too narrow to permit extra parking in the street. This also does not allow for parking by visitors for each of the residencies.
