Allambie Heights is not a suitable place for a boarding house for homeless people, especially opposite a bottle shop! It would also be meters away from a primary school. Other areas such as Brookvale would be far more suitable for heaven’s sake.

This development is out of character for the area.
A similar proposal on Warringah Road near McDolalds received approval and is now up for auction.
The developer is clearly only in it for a quick buck.
The Council should learn from its previous mistake and deny this application

Allambie heights is not suitable for a housing commission complex.
It is too close to the school and will create even more traffic.
council please reconsider and do not grant building permission.
