I'd suggest the hours of operation would be far too invasive for apartment residents in this area. Particularly across 7 days. 8am to 8pm (max.) on weekdays and 9am to 6pm (max.) on weekends and public holidays.

What's the hurry no, finish them up at 5pm Weekdays and 3pm Weekends like every one else.

We support this application and would like to see more cafes and activity in North Sydney area. There are many new residents and proposals such as this should be encouraged. North Sydney has a reputation for being dreary and dull on the weekends, this needs to change. The hours of operation seem fine to us and we look forward to patronising this cafe.

I must also agree with Mr & Mrs Wilson & Mr Gribben. We should encourage more small business in the area, particularly cafes, bars & restaurants with longer operating hours.
As 10pm is in line with current noise restriction laws, I see no problem with the extension of trading hours.
